Welcome to the Intercontinental Journal of Social Sciences (IJSS). We appreciate your interest in contributing to our scholarly community. Below, you'll find important information on how to prepare and submit your manuscript.

Submission Guidelines

Article Type: Research articles, reviews, case studies, and commentaries are welcome.

Formatting: Manuscripts must be submitted in Word format, double-spaced, and adhere to the APA citation style.

Length: Articles should typically be between 6,000 and 8,000 words, including references, tables, and figures.

Language: All submissions must be in English, proofread for grammatical accuracy.

AI Declaration: Authors are required to declare whether their work is AI-generated or AI-assisted.

AI-Generated: This means that the content, such as text or data analysis, was produced by an artificial intelligence algorithm without human intervention.

AI-Assisted: This means that while the research or writing was primarily carried out by human authors, AI tools were used to assist in tasks such as data collection, analysis, or initial draft creation.

Peer Review Process

Submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process. After initial editorial screening, selected articles are sent to at least two reviewers in the relevant field.

Open Access Policy

IJSS is an open-access journal, which allows for the free dissemination of your work, subject to proper citation. You also retain the copyright of your work, which will be published under a Creative Commons Attribution License.

Publication Fees

Please note that there may be a nominal fee for article processing and publication, details of which can be found on our website.

Confidentiality and Data Protection

All personal and research data submitted to IJSS is kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of editorial consideration and publication.

Archiving

Your work will be securely archived and made permanently available through LOCKSS and CLOCKSS archival systems.
